Affiliate payout timing and returns

Premail sends affiliate payouts through Stripe’s Global Payouts product. Bank account, card, and identity-verification details are collected directly by Stripe’s own hosted onboarding flow; Premail never receives, stores, or logs them.
How do I connect a payout method?
- 1From your affiliate dashboard, start payout onboarding.
- 2Complete Stripe’s hosted form with your payout destination and any identity information Stripe requires for your country.
- 3Once Stripe reports your recipient as ready, your account can be included in a future payout batch.
When are payouts sent?
Payable balances are grouped into monthly payout batches on the schedule published on the affiliate terms page. A new commission is held for a set period first (to allow for refunds and fraud review), and a balance below the minimum payout amount carries forward to the next batch rather than being paid out early.
What happens if a payout is returned?
A payout can be returned by your bank for reasons like an incorrect or closed account. Premail holds the affected balance and contacts you to correct your payout details before retrying in a future batch; Premail does not guarantee a specific arrival date once funds leave its account, since bank processing times vary by country and method.
