Premail compared to every major email tool

These pages argue for our own product, so the standards we hold them to are worth stating up front rather than asking you to take on trust.

• Prices come from the vendor, not from a review site. Every figure is read from the vendor's own pricing page and linked, with the month it was checked shown on the page. Roundups and review sites are frequently out of date: the ones currently ranking for SaneBox pricing quote figures that are no longer what SaneBox charges.
• We quote their framing, including billing period. No converting an annual price to a monthly one to make it look worse, and no quoting only a discounted multi-year rate to make it look better.
• If we cannot read a vendor's pricing page, we leave the price out. An omission is recoverable. A wrong price about a named competitor is not.
• Every page says where the other tool wins. If a competitor is the better answer for a given situation, that is on the page, because a comparison that recommends us in every row is not a comparison.
• Stale claims fail our build. Competitor pricing has to be re-checked every 180 days or the site does not deploy. That is enforced in the build, not left to someone remembering.

The honest limitation: we make Premail, so we chose which comparisons to write and which features to put in the table. Read the sources, and read what the other vendors say about themselves.
