Manage or cancel your subscription
You can cancel Premail Pro at any time, update your card, or change your billing address yourself. Where you do it depends on when you bought.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then Premail keeps running on the free plan with your rules and settings intact.

Manage it at link.com
- Go to link.com and sign in with the email you used at checkout.
- Open your Premail subscription.
- Choose cancel, or update your payment method or billing address.
Your receipt came from Link, and your card statement shows LINK.COM* PREMAIL.
Bought before October 19, 2026
Use the billing portal
- Open the billing portal and enter the email you used at checkout.
- Click the sign-in link Stripe emails you.
- Choose cancel subscription, or update your payment details.
Your receipt came from Stripe on behalf of Premail.
Not sure which one?
Search your email for your Premail receipt. If it came from Link, use link.com. If it came from Stripe, use the billing portal.
Lifetime license
A Lifetime license is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
