No more like this
Hide a kind of briefing action item instead of closing it one at a time. Premail suggests an editable description of the kind, hides matching open items, and keeps future ones out of your briefings. Matching is by what an item asks of you, never by sender. A Hidden link beside your briefing tabs lists every saved kind, with search, Show again, and Edit. Undo puts everything back.
Briefings read only the newest reply
A short reply on an old thread no longer brings back a question from the quoted history, and deadlines are worked out from the date the message arrived. Click the filled circle on a finished item to reopen it.
Simpler briefing cards and tray clock
Dismiss is gone, since Mark done does the same thing. Explain sits in the bottom right corner, and every link has a short tooltip. Clicking the tray icon clears the briefing clock, and a briefing with nothing that needs you no longer sets it.
No usage analytics
The optional anonymous product analytics setting has been removed. The desktop app sends no usage analytics or crash reports, and updating deletes the anonymous identifier earlier versions stored.
Fixes and polish
Activity shows why an auto-reply was skipped, such as an earlier reply to the same sender or the daily limit. Campaign event invitations are filed as Political with Apple Intelligence. Inbox Cleaner no longer loses messages that end up with no action. The sidebar has icons, and so do the tray menu and menu bar on macOS. Activity rows are tidier.
